Returns & Refund Policy

At Volt Sport.in, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as Discount or non-returnable on the product page.

  • Products that show signs of usage or are damaged due to improper handling.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at CustomerCare@voltsport.in with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will schedule a pickup or guide you through the self-shipping process.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed:

    • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer replacements for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, please write to us at CustomerCare@Voltsport.in within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once dispatched, the standard return process will apply.
